We are seeking an experienced QAD ERP business system expert responsible to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support stable, cost-effective system solutions for our recently implemented QAD ERP business system.

Responsibilities include:

• Working in cross-functional teams, designing and delivering stable solutions relating to QAD ERP systems implementation and stabilizing operations, troubleshooting application infrastructure issues and ensuring end user/customer satisfaction.
• Analyze issues concerning enterprise systems - software as well as hardware and promote an understanding and effective application of enterprise systems across the organization.
• Provide support and consulting to internal users for ad-hoc reports and prototype applications and also assist in trouble shooting of existing or developed reports.
• Assist in the development of standard work for enterprise system business analysis and development processes.

SUMMARY:
Business analyst responsible for maintaining production readiness of QAD MFG/Pro ERP environment, design, coordination of testing, and documentation of QAD system enhancements and configurations.Supports policies & procedures to promote continuous improvements to the quality of the product.
  
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Provide functional support for QAD ERP business applications
• Serve as an internal consultant to identify system and process improvements
• Manage projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision
• Maintain documentation and change control
• Performs additional duties and tasks as assigned
     
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5-10 years of experience with QAD MFG Pro, and related software.
• Solid analytical and communication skills.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field. QAD certification is a plus
