  CUT-OFF DATE
  The cut-off date for sleeping room reservations is September 10th. After that date, rooms in the SEUG block will be released for general sale and may not be available. Please call before that date to guarantee your reservation.

  CANCELLATION/PAYMENT POLICY:
  Payment must be made in advance. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the Conference are non-refundable. SUBSTITUTIONS may be made at any time.
